We had the stuffed calamari and grilled sea bream and they exceeded expectations. The calamari was rightly cooked and tender with a flavorful but not overpowering stuffing. The sea bream was perfect. Tender and moist fish with a seasoned skin. When you ate it you tasted great fish followed by an explosion of crunch, herbs and salt from the skin. A perfect combination. Just a squeeze of fresh lemon brings it all together.
