This restaurant literally saved our evening ! We were staying down the road in an accommodation not as good as we expected and were looking for a restaurant with a nice vibe to have a romantic evening to conclude our first night in Santorini and we found Katsaboo purely because of luck ! Food here is incredible ! From the starter to the dessert, everything was incredibly tasty. The staff is amazing. The waitress who took care of us was beyond friendly, very professional and caring. She gave us suggestions on what to try, explained to us the different meals. Also a gourmet experience as the staff takes care of removing the fish bones for you. Very romantic location and beautiful decoration. Our only regret, not staying at the hotel to have the opportunity to dine here again! We know for next time !
This place is a whole vibe. You couldn’t ask for better food, service, atmosphere, music, etc. It’s easily one of the best spots in Santorini. You can also stay here at San Marino Suites, just open your door, walk to the pool, and order an iced macchiato.
What a great food and local wine we try all the Greek appetizers and after we decide to trust the wine experts and we try the Maris Farm white wine!!! Food we start from Krostini feta cheese and santorini eggplant with amazing santorini salad with local vegetables and the santorini chloro cheese all were so delicious and unique. We looking forward to come back to Greece only for katsaboo family!!!
