A truly wonderful hotel with a big heart. I normally don't collaborate with hotels as a destination wedding and events business, however this one is a game changer. A great location near popular Kokkari seaside village and boasting panoramic views out to the sea.Mr. Hatziandreou and his remarkable team really amazed me with their warm hospitality, incredible work ethic, professional services and beautiful spaces for wedding celebrations. My regards to the Chef and Sou Chef for outstanding cuisine! I look forward to our collaborations next season with great enthusiasm!

Great location, peaceful stay, amazing views — highly recommended! Arion Hotel is located on a hillside northwest of the charming village of Kokkari in Samos. The location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Lemonakia Beach and about 10 minutes to Kokkari. There’s a secret path from the hotel to the main road, so you don’t need to walk through the winding streets. A taxi from Samos Port to the hotel costs €20 (fixed price), and from Kokkari to the hotel it's €7 (fixed price). We arrived around 2 PM and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Check-in was quick and smooth. We spent our first day by the pool, which, although not large, never felt crowded. It has three depth levels (120 cm, 180 cm, and 300 cm) and plenty of sunbeds. Our room was very clean and tidied daily. Linens, pillows, and mattresses were spotless. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and shower curtain. There was a safe, a minibar, and a TV (which we didn’t use). The air conditioner is centrally ventilated but locally controlled from the room. It worked well, though it made some noise at night and dried the air a bit. Luckily, there were almost no mosquitoes, so we left the balcony door slightly open and enjoyed a nice cross-breeze from the bathroom window to the balcony. Breakfast was the only aspect that didn’t quite meet expectations — we only tried it once and chose instead to have brunch at Lemonakia Beach around noon for the rest of our stay. Rates were reasonable — around €200 per night for 3 people, plus €5 tax per person per night. The views from the hotel are stunning. From our balcony, we could see the Aegean Sea and the town of Kokkari — truly unforgettable. The staff was wonderful — always smiling, kind, and ready to help. There's also a shuttle service to Lemonakia and three other destinations multiple times a day, always with the same friendly English-speaking driver. Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food: ⭐⭐⭐ Bar: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price/Value: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Views: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bit confused about all the high ratings. As Im all for writing honest reviews so hereby my experience: In short: not worth paying more than 100 euros a night. Pros: Best thing is the location! It is beautiful, views all around. Also short walk to beaches or Kokkari. Also breakfast variaty was good. Cons: It is very quite , not much going on, a bit boring (but hey I should have choosen a hotel with animation than ! ;)). Staff seemed kinda done with everything, not very friendly, not speaking, just nodding heads . We even got scammed by a taxi organised by the hotel and staff acts like they dont know anything/how scamming tourists works. A bit of a let down as youd think you can trust a taxi organised by the hotel and a bit more support when something like this happens. Rooms are super outdated. The shower curtain came down from the walls when we were staying there. Mold in the bathroom. They advertise with a bath on the website but you cannot use it, this was a bummer. Also the balconys are super close so no privacy there. You can also relax downstaird at the bar area and get a cocktail or beverage for 12 to 15 euros (expensive). Food is average. A lot of basic choices every night (pasta, potatos) but not even 1 Greek dish. They stopped filling up breakfast at m about 9 so be on time for more freshness. Everything from diner lays there for hours anyways even the grill products is not always warm in the evening as it is pre made. Overall we expected a bit more especially as thid is a bit more expensive hotel around. Next year we will find the same basics in a appartment.
