We lived in House Petra in Netia. Its beatiful and cozy, just like in the pictures on the website. Nice location with just a short walk to Skala, and several beaches. The hosts are very nice and helpful and lives in a house next door.
Villa Netia is a very tranquil place to stay on Patmos. Located on the outskirts of Skala, about a kilometer walk from the central square/city center. Owners Antonio and Paola are very welcoming and hospitable. We stayed in the separated house PETRA, a very spacious and comfortable split-level house with two double beds. One on the first floor and on the ground floor. Kitchen has all basic necessary utensils and equipment. A small seating area near the fireplace and a dining table with four chairs are in de living area. The bathroom is, as to Greek standards, quite small, but sufficient and it has a washing-machine. Outside there are three patio’s/terraces for your convenience to use. Each has their own table and chairs. The place is very clean and tidy, the cleaning lady comes every day and bedding and towels are changed every 3 to 4 days. All in all a very nice place to stay, enjoy Patmos and relax, highly recommend!
The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned every day, very comfortable space with indoor and outdoor areas. Apartments were fully equipped with the great AC and chilled inside. Service was great as well - they've met us and were always available for any questions we had. The place is situated a bit outside of the main city, which makes it very quite. I hope I will definitely come back one day.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the hosts ware always available and very kind, they made our stay perfect. The location is very central, near the main square with lots of restaurants, tavernas, bars, shops and supermarkets. We strongly recommend Villa Patmos Netia.
