We had a wonderful stay at Milos Bay Suites. Everything was great, from the comfortable rooms to the great location. A special mention goes to Eleni at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and gave us fantastic recommendations that really made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, we discovered some amazing spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Milos!
The staff here are super friendly and nice. Lia was amazing, she gave us lots of great recommendations on things to do on the island and places to eat. We also got beach towels which was a lifesaver, our room was cleaned everyday while we were out exploring the island. The AC here was really good, the room cooled down really quickly. The location is great, everything you need is walking distance, really close to Adamantas port and great restaurants/bakeries. There is lots of space for free parking over the road which made things a lot easier. The rooms were really clean and tidy and there is nothing we can fault about our stay at Milos Bay Suites. Very disappointed with the hotel with the room they provided us with looked like the cleaners quarter, everything about it was very poor not a room I would rent out. The bathroom was small and not very clean. There was a door that led into the storeroom and office. When approached the receptioness to be upgraded into something better and after one night they wanted to put us back in the crappy room or leave, we left and went next door to a much better and cleaner room. The service and hospitality was not very good which put a bad taste for going back to Greece. This is one place I would not recommend.
Terrible experience with this place. By mistake I booked the wrong dates (9.10. Instead of 9.9.), which we found out upon our arrival. The hotel manager on the phone was yelling and was very rude. Since we were very tired, they offered us another room for 120 (better price when paid cash). The room was smelling bad. The kitchen counter was broken. The bathroom was dirty. Definitely not worth the price. I got in touch with Revolut through whom I booked our stay. They told us the manager declined to give us a refund or change the stay days. They asked me to email him personally. So I did and never heard back from him. Thank god we found another place to stay for the rest of our trip in Milos. We had great experience with the other place. This place is not worth a penny. Rude and arrogant manager, dirty rooms and high prices. The manager has no decency to at least reply to their clients. The only positive thing about the place was the receptionist who seemed kind.
