My wonderful husband booked a surprise holiday for my 60th, and what a surprise it was. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and honestly cannot do enough for you, they made my holiday. The room was incredible and the food and drink was delicious. I shall never forget this holiday, it will remain in my memory forever. I could not fault anything, honestly. We are returning again next year and I can't wait. Fully recommend this beautiful hotel and beautiful surroundings.
Beautiful hotel with amazing views on top of a hill. Super friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, clean and tidy grounds. Rooms large with modern decor cleaned daily. Only draw back was pool could have been cleaned a little better lots of debris on the floor to the private pool on arrival and paint peeling, just needed a little bit of tlc. Everything else was perfect, stayed in signature pool suite, had partitioned living room and bedroom, 2 tvs and ability to screen cast your phone. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned to a good standard and food reasonably priced and of good quality. Bathroom in room had 2 showers in it and twin sinks. Clean towels daily if needed as well as complimentary slippers and dressing gowns as standard.
Had an amazing week at white rock! Staff were unbelievably helpful!! From start to finish we had absolutely no complaints.. the food in the restaurant was very good and relatively cheap considering the quality and the view.. was actually cheaper to eat at the hotel than go out for food… I’d definitely recommend having a car or transport because of its location on top of the hill.. we had a suite with a hot tub and an amazing view (see 2nd video)… the room was huge.. more like a villa than a room.. we will definitely be going back! Superb value for money…
