Myself and my fiance stayed here for 10 nights. The food was really nice despite reviews and all of the staff were so friendly. About a 25/30 minute walk from the Kos town, so not ridiculously out of the way, but quiet. The rooms were always clean, they leave water and feed the stray cats. We got a penalty ticket (completely unrelated to the hotel) and the staff were so helpful with helping us to translate it, how we can pay it and showing us where on Google maps. They’re closing for the season today, but not once did we feel rushed out of the hotel. My fiance loves eggs and bacon, the waiter would offer and make it for her every morning for about 3 mornings when they began closing their restaurant. The doors onto the patio are slightly funky, but we got the hang of it and didn’t really give us an issue. WiFi was a bit choppy at times but for the most part it was fine and fast. Can’t fault this place - it really has been nice!
My husband and i stayed here for 11 nights beginning of september, what can say but WOW, rooms are beautiful, clean and always cleaned daily to top standard. Clean towels daily and left us a beautiful pattern out of them each day. We have stayed here before twice and we love this hotel that much we returned and have already booked to go again for 2 weeks next year. The staff are so friendly, owners, and bar staff were superb. Easpecially the bar lady gratsiella, she is so professional and so kind to everyone. On our stay there was some very rude visitors who was going out of there way to be unkind, other people staying at the hotal heard how rude they were and to gratsi the bar lady who is so kind to everyone. She didnt deserve how rude they was to her. Apart from this we had a fabulas holiday, the hotel is a great location, about 25mins walk to town with great resturants and bars along the way. Waiting staff in the resturant were super friendly and couldnt wait to ask about your day. Food was good, lots of selection, we did eat out some evenings. Entertainment was catered for all age groups, at least 4 times a week, the night when there wasnt give us chance to see the town and harbour at night and how beautiful it was. The bar was always open though everyday and night with music. Even the reception staff were so nice and welcoming. This hotel is not just 5 stars to us but 100. Fantastic hotel and holiday and cannot wait to return.
Although the hotel is rated at 3 star, we found the hotel to be fantastic. The superior room was very clean and spacious with a good balcony and view of the sea. The hotel is situated outside Kos centre which is away from the busyness of the port and souvenir shops but the hotel has a beach at the end of the road with a number of Tabernas beachside. The staff were extremely polite and helpful especially the waiters, cleaning lady bar staff, happy hour actually lasted two hours and the cocktails were great. Would I go there again, YES but there are other Greek islands that we would like visit. A BIG THANK YOU to PALM BEACH staff 👍🏼👍🏼
Stayed here recently for 7 days, rooms are good size and beds comfortable, although I told them I had a disability we were put on the second floor, about 15 steps which was a struggle, the maids were lovely rooms clean every day towels changed every two days, the restaurant food was undesirable with warm to cold food served every meal, breakfast fried eggs were cold, bacon cold, beans cold, I mostly ate yogurt and fruit for breakfast, dinner was the same warm to cold, we asked at the reception why the food is not hot, her answer was some people like it this way, we had to ask them to heat dinner in microwave which seemed to be a bother. We ate out at night after this. The staff in restaurant were very doom and gloom, I asked for another napkin only to be told I have one on the table, they did not interact with us at all, but if you spoke German or anything else you got a good morning and good evening. The only ones that spoke to us was the lady and girl clearing plates away, no hygiene in the kitchen, they should be wearing gloves and hairnets serving food but nothing. Don’t think we’ll be back.
