1 haftalık Datça tatilimizin ilk 2 gününü Arda Kaptan'ın evsahipliğinde ve Mustafa Şef'in enfes lezzetleri eşliğinde geçirdik. Bizi öyle güzel ağırladılar ki arabayla gittiğimiz hiçbir koydan keyif almıyor, yemek yediğimiz her yerde bir kusur buluyoruz :) Evcil hayvan dostu bu güzel insanlar sayesinde patili çocuğumuz da hayatının tatilini yaptı. Datça'ya gelen herkese şiddetle tavsiyemdir. Anılar hanemize eklediğiniz her şey için minnettarız. Teşekkürler Arda & Mustafa🙏💙
Mehmet Kaptan ve Arda’nın 3 gün misafirleri olduk Ağustos başında, 4 yetişkin 4 çocuk. Tekne de 3 kamara 2 banyo var. Odalarda klima yok. Eşim ve arkadaşı her gece güvertede güneşlenme alanında yattı birer pike ile, çok rahatsız olmamışlar. Teknede yeterli oturma alani var 2 aile için, arka alan ve ön alanda gölge var, çok sıkışık hissetmedik. Kaptan ve oğlu profesyoneller, Arda chef iyi meze ve mangal yapıyor, yemek ve ikramlar lezzetliydi. Bi kaç tarifini de bizimle paylaştı. Biz gıda alış verişini kendimiz yapmadık, kaptana bıraktık ama günlük menüleri biz seçtik. Rotayı kaptan belirledi, rüzgara ve koylarin doluluguna göre rota belirlendi. Seçtikleri koylar muhteşemdi! Paddle board ile koylarda dolaşmak harikaydı. Tekne çok sallanmadı, çocukları deniz tutar diye endişelenip ilaç almıştık yanımıza ama hiç sorun yaşamadık, çok sallanma hissetmedik. Sabah gözümüzü açınca denize atlayabildiğimiz, denizden çıkınca meyvemizin, çayımızımın, dondurmamızın bizi beklediği, istediğimiz koyda araba kullanmaya gerek kalmadan denize girebildiğimiz, akşam keyifli bi sofrada yemeğimizi yediğimiz çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Datça'nın en güzel koylarını iliğinize kadar hissediyorsunuz özellikle sabah suyunda🤣Kaptan Arda'nın samimiyetini profesyonelliğiyle birleştirdiğimizde tekneden güzel anılar ile ayrılmamak mümkün mü! El lezzeti tabirini layığıyla yerine getiren her isteğimizi kırmayan(özellikle kabak çiçeği dolması) Mustafa Şefim seni de unutmadım...Bana deseler ki bu tatilin resmini çizsen ne çizersin diye güneşin doğuşunu izlemek derim...
İlk defa tekne turuna çıktık 6 kişi (2 aile) olarak ve mükemmel bir 4 gün geçirdik. Ailelerden biri kuzey Avrupa'dan geldi. Misafirinin mutluluğuna ve alacağı keyfe çok değer veren Arda Kaptan ve Mustafa Şef sayesinde 2025 yılında yaptığımız bu tatili ailece hep güzel hatırlayacağız. Sohbetlerinden aldığımız keyif için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Alerjileri olan çocukların yemekleri için buldukları alternatifler ve yemek keyfimizi sekteye uğratmadan Türkiye restoran standardinin ustunde harika bir menü sundukları için çok teşekkür ederiz. 4 gün üst üste sundukları yemeklerin lezzeti damağımızda kaldı. Mustafa Şefin Floransa'da aşçılık deneyimi olmasının bunda bir payı var tabi. Arda Kaptan'ın çocukluğundan beri edindiği deniz deneyimi, misafir ağırlama tarzı, ve en önemlisi misafiriyle iletişimi 10 uzerinden 10.
