Stayed 7 nights at one of the villas and it was the perfect holiday! The room was clean and maid service was on a daily basis! This family owned resort has 4 villas with it's own pool and also a main building with very spacious rooms and there is also a huge public pool. The location is perfect as it is located at the end of the busy Malia street, less noisy than the other hotels located on the strip. The manager was attentive and response very quickly via WhatsApp! I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing holiday! I am definitely going back there when I visit Crete again!
The room was very spacious (for 2) and nice. It didn’t seem to be 60 sqm as we booked, but more than enough. There are definitely improvements to be still made/things to be finished, but overall good. We didn’t use the pool or any other facilities. The location was good for us: On a quieter street and a quick (7-10m) walk to the beach bars. The service was ok’ish. The hosts were definitely much less friendly than a typical host in Greece.
Overall the place was beautiful, such a great location, amazing complex with everything in walking distance. The only downfall to this experience was the staff, especially the host. She was very cold and in some ways rude. She didn’t seem interested to smile and despite having a bad day, you are here to make your guests feel welcome and by her we did not. The other staff around the complex again were not friendly, would just glare at you walking past. This could be down to our age, but that isn’t an excuse, we are paying for all around a service that sadly could not be met by the staff here as we should be treated with respect like anyone else. Despite that the cleaner was lovely and very polite.
We stayed here for two weeks from May going into June and it was very quiet. The bar was shut all day long and the pool was deserted not sure if that is because of the time of year. It was difficult to spend time at the complex due to this. However, rooms were very nice and maids super friendly. If you enjoy a quieter holiday then this is a good place for you. Location is perfect not far from beach and the strip.
