We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and you can tell they really want you to have a great stay. Only slight thing to be aware of is the balconies and accessibility. A couple of the balconies in one of the blocks over look the stairwell, so if this is important to you, perhaps message the hotel to request a specific balcony. In terms of accessibility/mobility, maybe request a room on a lower level as there aren't any lifts. We had a room on the top floor which was great for us because we appreciated a high up balcony, but would be too much if you have mobility issues. It is a short walk to numerous beaches one of which (the nearest one) is accessible. We preferred Anemos beach, although a slightly further walk. The breakfast was great, as were the evening meals. We thought the hotel meals were the best we had, in hindsight we would have gone half board. Restaurants nearby are cheap but not great quality. We would definitely return to this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at the Airis Boutique & Suites during the second half of september. The staff is really wonderful, so kind and pleasant. All of them : at the reception, the bar, the restaurant, and so on. They made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you all :D The breakfast and the restaurant are great, and we were never bored thanks to a wide choice of food and drinks (good cocktails and good Greek wine). The room was very nice and comfortable. We really liked the two pools, especially refreshing under the Cretan sun There are several nice beaches nearby, beach bars, taverns and restaurants, nice walks along the coast. You can also visit Chania by yourself by bus (the bus stop is really close, only 2€) We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would love to come back! From arrival to leaving, it was a smooth and luxurious experience. All of the staff were so lovely and always greeted us and welcomed us! The housekeeping standards were exceptional. There are two pools, one with more sunbeds around it so we spent a lot of time there! It was quiet and peaceful, with soft remix music playing at the bar. Breakfast had a good variety of typical hot and cold foods as well as Cretan specialities. Only thing I’d change would be to have more cereal options (there is just muesli and cornflakes). We ate dinner here once, when there was live music playing. Lovely atmosphere. Would recommend trying to eat/drink there on nights with live music. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a few small beaches and a beautiful sunset (pictured). Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel for a romantic getaway.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. Everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and always available. Our room was cleaned every morning and the sheets and towels were changed. Breakfast was almost the best time of the day, they had a wide selection of food from sweet to savory. The hotel also has a pool, a restaurant and a bar, that is open late into the evening. There are three beaches nearby (I recommend the Iguana beach), shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend it. Thank you for a great vacation!
