However, some reviews mention areas for improvement. A few guests noted that the hotel lacks a spa or pool and that some dining expectations, such as meal variety or included drinks, were not fully met. Top location! In my previous visit I stayed at a hotel right in the heart of Ladadika, which was very convenient location-wise, but way too noisy during the nights. This hotel, however, is right outside Ladadika, with everything within a walking distance and with excellent restaurants right next door, and yet in a quiet area. The room was modern and very clean, and the staff was polite and helpful day and night. I will definitely return in my future visits to Thessaloniki.

Top location: in the centre, with a 2min walk to the promenade and 5min walk to Aristotelous Square. However quiet surrounding as in a side street and soundproof windows keep out any noise! Modern hotel, with smart controls and interactive tv inside room. Cleanliness, comfort and top interior quality of room. Extreme polite and professional staff, excellent breakfast buffet with choices from menue for omelettes, pancakes and crepes. At a rainy evening we were given an umbrella at the reception. It was a perfect stay!!! 100% recommendable!!!

A modern, clean, and very comfortable place to stay in Thessaloniki. The design is tasteful, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the staff were professional and polite. Excellent breakfast. Just a few small remarks for future guests: • Only small espresso cups are available — a larger mug for regular coffee would be appreciated. • Shower ventilation isn’t very strong, so the bathroom gets humid . • The normal brand 0.5L water bottles in the room are charged at €1, even though the same ones cost €0.50 at any kiosk nearby. One can simply replaced them after using. • Also, the in-room coffee capsules are charged — which feels a bit petty for a hotel of this quality. • No sea view or similar • No good soundproof Despite these details, the overall experience was great. We’d definitely return and recommend it to others!

I would not recommend. This is not 5 star hotel. From start, when we came, no one took our stuff to the room what should be included for 5 star hotel. I requested 3 times (from date of reservation till we came as reminder) special dish due to diet I have and when I came to the restaurant, they had no clue and I was offered extremely poor food choice. When I was in other hotels I had various choices and they had way more options which is very big minus because I paid for breakfast and dinner. They don't have buffet for dinner yet 4,5 meals you can choose from. You don't have drinks included for dinner, you get only water and if you want juice or glass of wine, you have to pay extra which is terrible for "all inclusive." In room, shower hose was dripping water, we had no welcome letter. For nescafe capsules that are always free in room, here you have to pay 1.5 for one which is embarrassing. Reception is also not trained enough. They are kind but they don't really try to make any effort. When I asked second day about drinks with dinner, the receptionist said she doesn't know that I need to ask bartender. They also don't provide any spa, pool. I don't know how this hotel has 5 stars, this is a two star hotel compared to hotels I have been to before. TV is not working, connection was constantly breaking when listening to YouTube or TV channel so we spent two nights in silence. You have no place to change, small bathroom, you have only 2 small drawers to put all your clothes. Location is good, but not worth the money at all, it is scam. Be transparent about what are you offering. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends and family either.
