D resort bünyesinde d marin içerisinde hizmet veren restoran. Genelde sushi ve uzak doğu mutfağı üzerine hizmet veriyorlar. Yemek ürün kalitesi çok iyi fakat lezzet olarak müthiş fark yaratan lezzetler ben göremedim. Daha önce gittiğimizde Tadım menüsü seçtik , bence zorlama bir menü ve biraz içeriği şişirilmiş geldi. Öyle bir meyve tabağı geliyor ki yemeğin üzerine, o meyveyle 10 kişi doyar . Gelen yemekler vs eh işte dedirtti. Daha sonra gidişimizde bir çok sushi yi denedik. Onlar da wow dedirtmedi. Fakat çikolata seviyorsanız fotoğrafını koyduğum çikolatalı keki mutlaka ve mutlaka denemelisiniz. Muhteşem birşey. Burada yediğim en lezzetli şey buydu. Yemek sunumları o kadar özenli ve estetikti ki, her tabak gelmeden önce “şimdi ne geliyor acaba?” heyecanı yaşıyorsunuz. Sushi tabakları taze ve dengeli, özellikle somonlu ve avokadolu çeşitler favorim oldu. Tempura kalamar hem çıtır hem hafif, ceviche’ler ise taptaze, aromatik ve bol limonlu. Salata tabağında bile çiçekler vardı; detaylara verilen özen çok etkileyiciydi. Tatlı menüsünden “çikolata bombası” hem görsel hem lezzet olarak mükemmel bir finaldi. Meyve tabağı ise buz üzerinde egzotik ve yerel meyvelerin harika bir karışımıydı – tam yaz akşamına yakışır. Ambiyans olarak ise… loş ışık, kaliteli müzik, hafif esinti ve Göcek’in huzuru. Gözlerden uzak ama kaliteden ödün vermeyen bir akşam arayanlar için kesinlikle ideal. Fiyatlar ortalamanın üzerinde ama aldığı her kuruşu sonuna kadar hak ediyor. Servis profesyonel, ilgili ama asla rahatsız etmiyor.
