Service is top level! We didn’t like one dish, how it was cooked and they changed it for free and brought the best lamb ever! Thank you very much! Homemade rose wine is very tasty!

This place had the best staff and food we encountered in Bali. The staff was very friendly, ready to give great advice on what to order, and was also very proactive (and I don't mean that they were giving us stuff that we didn't ask for to charge us for them later). The food was really nice and on the cheaper side; I really liked the fried zucchinis and the lamb. Warmly recommended!

Listen you will not get a better place than this to eat in Bali. You just won't! I would even go as far as saying it was some of the best food we have had in Crete altogether (made 11 trips in 7 years and have stayed for extensive amounts of time). The IMAM IS THE BEST IN ALL OF CRETE. Including some home made tavernas which were good - nothing is ever bad to eat in Crete!)- but they were not Caldera level of excellent! The service from the waiters is always amazing, they are such friendly cheeky funny charming young men! And they embody cretan hospitality far beyond their years. The views are epic, you will remember them forever, and wherever you eat top floor or bottom or middle (I think there is 3 levels? Maybe just 2) everywhwre is beautiful. They deserve every top review they get. It's the most fresh delicious food with the best service wonderful atmosphere and views and cretan magic to the max. You must eat here at least twice.

We read very positive reviews and decided to check it as well. I gave food three stars, but really, they hardly deserve that. Zucchini was sour. Shrimps were a bit better. We had fried squid and moussaka for main courses. We didn't finish both. Service is not good. Two waiters standing next to our table didn't take our used plates after starters and when brought main dishes we had to hold used plates in our hands so there would be space to place new plates. Three stars feels like a bit generous really. EDIT: one helpful waiter actually asked us about food and was surprised it wasn't good. He was very sweat and brought us raki and watermelon as an excuse, offered other food instead of origin order, which was appreciated. I added a star to original review.
