This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and very clean. It’s far better in person as compared to the photos, we were very pleasantly surprised. The spa bath is a great addition and the room was equipped with luxury Korres amenities. After staying in fairly small rooms for the rest of our Europe trip for a similar price, this was a wonderful surprise. The host was very gracious and helpful. She helped us with our heavy suitcases, sent us helpful recommendations for restaurants and laundry services, and also organised our private transfer from Chania to Heraklion. She was also generally fun and easy to speak to, a lovely person. The location could not be better. It is right in the middle of Chania with shops, restaurants, bars and the Old Harbour steps away from the hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay.
Very helpful owner/receptionist. Everything was very good. Note that you have to carry your bags up about 30-40 steps, more if on the top floor. If you’re ok with that, I heartily recommend Mirabile. And the cafe next door is very good, whether you take the hotel’s breakfast there (which we didn’t) or just go in as a customer off the street. Mirabile is on the edge of the busy area, so very well located. You can also head away from the busy area for good cheap places to eat.
We spent four nights at the Mirabile Luxury Suites, specifically in the Jasper Suite. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and elegantly furnished. The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot, and it also offers convenient access to a public parking area just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended! When we return to Chania, we already know where we’ll be staying. A special thanks to Sophia for her kindness, helpfulness, and all the great advice she gave us during our stay.
The room was beautiful – spacious, bright, and had a lovely balcony. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the city center. We really enjoyed our stay! The only downside was that, since the place is so central, it got a bit noisy on the last night (it was the weekend), even with the windows and door closed.
