This is an AMAZING hotel! The location is perfect - hard to beat! What makes it truly special though are 3 components: 1. Hotel Design and Ambience Only rarely do I see such immaculate attention to detail in the rooms, paired with such craftsmanship and high-quality materials. It was a joy coming back to the room where everything was as if it was always meant to be. Respect to the designers and the builders of this property! It must have been a lot of hard work! 2. The restaurant Milos I learned that their restaurant is quite famous. It is also quite good. Actually, it was the best one we visited in Athens, among a fierce competition of excellent restaurants. It is pricey, but it is worth it! For a good deal, go for their business lunch - at 30 EUR a steal. 3. The team Smiling, relaxed and cooperative people wherever you look.Our family gave a smile back and they treated us like friends. It is not often finding personal care and attention, combined with the feeling that that the smiles are not simply a function of money. In short: This is how it's done! He was incredibly attentive, kind, and proactive, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was providing thoughtful recommendations or assisting with last-minute arrangements, Angelo handled everything with remarkable ease and a smile. The Milos has an excellent location in Athens. It’s more of a restaurant with a hotel than a hotel with a restaurant. That being said, the service is excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included with our room rate and made to order. It was actually so expansive that we asked to split one after the first day. There’s a lovely bar are in the restaurant. They have quite a few excellent, and reasonably priced, wines by the glass. The front desk and bell staff employees were all eager to help and made recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We stayed for three nights before leaving to visit my husband’s village. When we returned to Athens we stayed at another property and wish we had returned to Milos. We will be back !
Great and new hotel, with amazing service and a beautiful, spacious room. The location is very central, which made everything easy and convenient. The room was big and featured an amazing balcony and view, which we really enjoyed. The front desk and bell staff were truly amazing – welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Haven't said that, This is not a cheap hotel, and at this price point you expect more. The lobby is very small, there is no gym, and no rooftop or additional facilities. My main comment regarding the breakfast: the hotel is built around the world-renowned Milos restaurant, which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and added breakfast. However, the breakfast itself was very basic and continental only. It included just some bread, a croissant, coffee, and orange juice, and any additional items came at a high extra cost.
